Who Is FOC?

Flatovercrest.com was founded in Spring 2005 by Warwick Patterson and Andrew Tilston in an attempt to bring a professional-level source of journalism, reportage, and photography to the Canadian rally scene.  The site quickly made an impression during the first event, as the site featured live coverage from the Mountain Trials Rally, using a laptop and satellite phone to upload live reports from the stages. As the site grew in popularity and scope, two additional team members came on board - photographer Andrew Harvey, and writer Dean Campbell.  Since that first event in 2005, Flatovercrest.com has provided live coverage of every Canadian Rally Championship event, and numerous Rally America, WRC, and Regional events.  With the finest photography and in-depth reports and features, FOC is the #1 online source for rally content in North America.
